Mornings By Mom: Workout, Eats And Deets!

Hi All;

This morning was one hectic morning.  From getting up and trying to get my yoga/meditation
in this morning to my mind going crazy about my work week.  Let me just say it's going to be a long work week.  Luckily I have developed some great ways to help me to cope and to not get so stressed. Stress is the leading cause of other illness that can hurt your body.

Here are the ways that I cope so that I that I don't get stressed throughout the week:

1. Taking care of myself! This one is a given. It's making sure you keep up the basics for yourself.
Making sure that you eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Getting enough water is EXTREMELY important. Most of you know the basics of heath and what we all have to do. Not eating properly leads to over eating and weight gain. Trust me...you don't want that.

2. For all of my girly moms there's other ways to limit stress during the week. For example, if you're use to going to the spa and getting that much needed facial, then the best thing to do is to give yourself that much needed "mini facial", or a "pedi" or "mani."
Doing those things helps you to keep yourself looking fabulous, feeling fabulous and keeps the momentum going through the week.

3. Exercise, exercise, exercise! I can't stressed that enough. Moms, please get in your daily exercise. Whether it's yoga, cardio or a class at the gym or whether you have the ability to do it at home; however you must do it is VERY important for your body, mind and your inner peace.

4. Get plenty of sleep. I know this is easier said than done.
According to the National Institutes of Health, the average adult sleeps less than seven hours per night. In today's fast-paced society, six or seven hours of sleep may sound pretty good. In reality, though, it's a recipe for chronic sleep deprivation.

5. Take a break! If your stress is caused by those weekly nuances, then taking a break is crucial for you. It not only helps you to breath but it helps you to relax and unscramble all of what happened 5 mins prior. You can do a 5 min de-stresser if you really need to. You can do so by following these steps right here:

Lastly; take the time to enjoy life's moments. Each day that we wake up it's a moment in time. We live our lives by "moments." Those moments turn into memories. Don't let stinky stress stop you from living an abundant life that you're meant to live. Remember, life is meant to be lived in a great way!

Always think positive no matter what😄

Until Next Time My Diva's...

Much love from;

The Stunningly Adorkable Team
